Suns Shine Another Day
Nash had 17 points and 12 assists Monday.
In the waning moments of Monday's Game 4, Amaré Stoudemire came up big on both ends of the floor as the Suns stayed alive with a 111-106 win over the host Spurs. Stoudemire’s layup with 45.9 seconds remaining gave Phoenix a 109-106 lead, and then he had a critical block of a Tim Duncan shot with 34.9 ticks left to maintain the three-point advantage. Stoudemire had a game-high 31 points and Joe Johnson added 26. San Antonio leads the Western Conference Finals 3-1 with Game 5 on Wednesday in Phoenix (9 p.m. ET, ESPN).
